Silan Fusion Cuisine specializes in glatt kosher fine-dining, offering a blend of cultural culinary traditions from around the world. Silan is open during Shabbat and offers the option to pre-order your Shabbat meals in advance. All meals are freshly prepared with the highest quality ingredients.

Our private rooms cater to any size of event from family gatherings, corporate meetings, to celebrations like Sheva brachos and Bris-milah. For larger gatherings, our expansive event hall offers both indoor and outdoor spaces that can accommodate up to 450 guests, as well as an oceanfront deck, making it an ideal choice for weddings, galas, and other special occasions.

Our experienced team of culinary experts are able to customize a menu to suit your needs and budget, ensuring that your event is one to remember. 

Silan is open 5 PM - 11 PM Sunday - Thursday, 7:30 PM - 10 PM Friday, and 11 AM - 1 PM Saturday. Come experience Silan!
